VR lenses for Chickens are coming!
"Virtual reality lenses for chickens will replace the need of pastures in change of more control and less costs," Chief Planetary Governor Morlack Gaffrey said this morning at his public meeting with farmers, together with Seemey Leigh, PR Representative of Replife VR.
According to studies conducted on Replife VR corporation farms, the VR-Farm Lens can enhance chicken and egg quality by an impressive 55 percent, while completely eliminating the necessity for outdoor pastures. “This cuts costs by 70 percent,” Leigh emphasized. “You never see such a good deal nowadays.”
Leigh also unveiled a new line of drones designed specifically for farming, which will autonomously install the lenses on newborn chicks. "Completely autonomous and easy to resupply! This is our latest tech, and we’re proud to showcase it today. To support farmers interested in this new era of agriculture, we’re offering a promotional sale with reduced prices until the end of the year."
While the announcement was met with enthusiasm from some local farm CEOs, it also sparked concerns among farmers. "We’ve been told that our pastures will be replaced with more cage spaces for the chickens. They say the new drones can only operate indoors and need to recharge multiple times a day." Said Bobsey, representative of the Farm Association of Oracla, 5th sector of Gallerani.
"Apparently the Chief Planetary Governor said that pastures won't be allowed in farms anymore, and we have to get rid of them by next year." added Bobsey. "We're currently fighting for better working conditions, especially in light of recent cases of flock abductions that have affected some farmers. I guess the Governor’s response is to eliminate the issue directly by forcing us to work in high-security indoor facilities."
The new VR lenses and installation drones are available for purchase through Replife VR, although pricing details have yet to be disclosed on their website. Interested farming companies are encouraged to contact a sales representative directly for more information.
